This chilled cacao is made with superfoods to help balance your hormones. It’s got warm & cozy ingredients to help calm your mind and kickstart your day.

Cacao / Fights fatigue. Boosts mood. Improves skin health. Aids digestion.

Maca / Balances hormones.

Cinnamon / High in Antioxidants. Reduces inflammation.

Cardamon / Antibacterial. Reduces inflammation.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. cacao
  • 1 tsp. maca
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cardamom
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 3/4 c. water
  • splash of whole milk, or half and half

Directions

  1. Add cacao, maca, cinnamon, cardamom, honey, and water to a bowl. Whisk together.
  2. Pour cacao mixture into a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute.
  3. Pour blended mixture into a mug. Place in fridge for 5 minutes to cool.
  4. Fill a glass with ice. Pour chilled cacao mixture over the ice.
  5. Add a splash of whole milk or half and half.
