Juicing is my favorite way to get hydrated, cleanse my system and just to drink something fresh. Carrots are a great candidate for juice, for me at least, because I’m not the type to snack on a ton of raw carrots. An important difference to note when juicing though, is that the fiber is not included in the juice compared to if you eat the raw veggies.
- Package of carrots, peeled
- 1.5 inches fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 orange
Juice the ingredients into a cup and add ice!
