Aperol is an ingredient I had never dug out in the grocery store aisles, but I’m so glad I was able to finally start experimenting with it. It’s got a vibrant orange color and a citrus – flavored punch. Try out this simple spritzer for a bubbly treat.
Ingredients (Per Each Cocktail)
• Handful of ice
• 1 part prosecco
• 1.5 oz Aperol
• Couple splashes of San Pellegrino
• Orange slice ( 1 per cocktail )

Grab a wine glass and put the ice cubes on the bottom of the glass. Pour the Prosecco, then Aperol. Finally, top with San Pellegrino. Garnish with an orange slice.
